Counter flow cooler is also applied to cool a variety of materials,
such as pellets, extruded materials, expansion
materials, pressure-chip material, powder, etc, especially extruded
materials, expansion materials., it can reduce the temperature and
moister of the feed pellet.
The function of counter flow cooler:
Because after pelletizing,the temperature is too high, in order to
avoid the pellet suddenly touching the cooling air that the pellet
surface crack.. At the same time,the airlock is must,because the
airlock is used for feeding and space of air inlet bigger,therefore
it can get better cooling effects.
The cooling system including: with
fan(blower),cyclone,air-lock,cooler machine,can add vibrating
screen.
Pellet temperature after cooling is less than +3℃~5℃ ambient
temperature.In general,the cooling time is less than 10-15minutes.
