Pellet mill is the mainly machine of production the feed pellet,widely used in feed factory,animal farm,etc. It can make poultry feed,shrimp feed,animal feed,etc.The pellet size from 1.5-10mm.The pellet length can be adjusted.

The ring die feed pellet mill with conditioner, so the machine need the steam to soft the material first to kill the bacteria and improve the quality and capacity of final feed pellets.It has the better raw material versatility, which can be suitable for pelletizing many kinds of raw material, such as corn, broom corn, wheat, beans, oil seed meal and other materials.

1. The feeder is full stainless steel ,the gap of spiral blade should be controlled at about 5mm ,to ensure the feeding no residue.

2. the feed raw material are ripened and sterilized due to the vapour steam. which can improve the digestibility of the feed, promote the absorption, increase the feed meat ratio and reduce the production cost.the conditioner is made of stainless steel.

3. Stainless steel door cover and feed hopper, manganese steel blade, high-end pellet machine cutter seat, granulator main shaft, hoop hollow shaft are all made of material 40Cr forging parts.

4. Pellet mill can be equipped with double-layer, three-layer folder conditioner or double shaft track conditioner to meet different needs of producing high grade livestock, poultry feed.

5. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive with higher efficiency, steady running and low noise.

6. High strength alloy steel of good performance shall be applied to main shaft which has good bending resistance and torsional performance.
