The machine was crush

large and medium scale animal feed manufacturing industries and
food processing enterprise.
It can be used for both general grinding and fine grinding.It with
the removable sieve tooth plates,the hammer mill is available for
different fineness requirements of the feed material.
Working principles:
The machine has two part to work:
Hammer Blow: There are several crushing methods: crushing,
grinding, smashing and Shear broke. when the material is smashing,
raw materials in grinding chamber are crushed small granular with
hammer fast rotate and strike.
Mesh Filter. Some of crushed small granular are according with
standard and through screen, and the rest of materials need hitting
again to meet standard.

Features:
1. This series hammer mill is water drop design. It is made of
welded steel.
2. Beater blade edge is vacuum-welded by special alloy steel,
resulting in long service life.

exchanging screen sheet.

improvement of grinding efficiency of 50%-80%
